The warranty applies strictly to the specific surface areas treated and sealed by SPG crews under a signed physical agreement. The warranty becomes void if seepage is caused by subsequent structural modifications, earthquakes/heavy ground movements, external hammering/drilling that punctures the waterproof barrier, or plumbing pipe bursts beneath the treated floor slabs.
