The Challenge: Water Migration Through Floor Slabs and Basements
When concrete floor slabs, retaining walls, or basement foundations develop deep structural cracks, water under hydrostatic pressure migrates through the concrete. This causes severe dampness on floors, ruins wooden carpet bases, damages machinery, and weakens the main foundation of the building.

We use state-of-the-art injection pumps and packers to seal structural concrete cracks:
Drilling & Packer Installation
We drill injection ports (holes) along the crack line at 45-degree angles, intersecting the crack at the center of the concrete slab. We then tighten brass/steel injection packers into the ports.
Structural Epoxy Grouting
For dry structural cracks, we inject low-viscosity epoxy resin under high pressure. The epoxy fills the crack, curing to form a bond stronger than the concrete itself, restoring structural integrity.
Expanding Polyurethane (PU) Injection
For wet, actively leaking cracks, we inject expanding polyurethane chemical grout. On contact with water, the PU expands up to 20 times its volume, forming a dense rubbery foam that seals the leak instantly.
